I have been coming here for about 3 years and they have recently moved location. The new salon is just wonderful. It's so relaxing and clean when you walk in. You will always be welcomed warmly, greeted with a genuine smile and it is at that point, you begin to have an idea of the level of service you're going to receive. It's really doesn't matter which of the lovely ladies you get providing your treatment, they ALL work to same professional standard you will always be in safe hands. I always ask for elaborate and niche designs for my nails and I have NEVER been disappointed. So don't be afraid to treat yourself, you will come out looking and feeling beautiful.
From the moment of the booking to the day of my treatment I was surprised with the care and communication of the team. The staff was always attentive and friendly and tried to support whenever necessary. Entering this place is immediately relaxing. The colours, the music, the calmness... Everything that a pamper day requires. Michelle had such amazing hands and she walked me through the treatment from start to end. The girl at the reception was very kind too. I was impressed with their service and couldn't recommend enough. I will become a regular here for sure.
I have been going to this salon for a year and it’s wonderful. It is the same care that you can find in Brazil, everyone is polite, professional and friendly. They offer you drinks and pay attention to details! The nail art is perfectly done, the waxing is fast and smooth, the pedicure and manicure are very relaxing ! Best one I’ve been to in London yet !
I always have such a wonderful experience at this nail salon. Every technician works to the same exceptional standard, which makes it so easy to relax knowing you’ll leave with beautiful results every time. The attention to detail and care they put into their work really stands out. The atmosphere is another thing I absolutely love. It’s always calm, peaceful, and incredibly relaxing — it truly feels like a little escape from a busy day. Visiting here has become a real treat for me, and I always look forward to my appointments. If you’re looking for a place where quality and a relaxing experience go hand in hand, I can’t recommend this salon enough.
My experience at this salon was unfortunately disappointing, especially because my previous two visits had been good. I had a one-hour pedicure appointment last Friday. This was my third time visiting the salon. Due to a location error on Uber, I was taken to the salon's old address. Although I had left with plenty of time, this mistake caused me to arrive approximately 15 minutes late. I fully acknowledge that the delay was my responsibility, and I apologized both to the receptionist and to the nail technician who attended me. When I arrived, there were still 45 minutes remaining of my one-hour appointment. I had booked a regular pedicure with normal nail polish, and my nails did not have any previous polish or gel that needed to be removed. However, from the beginning, I felt that the technician's attitude was unfriendly. Instead of greeting me, she immediately asked me which part of the service I wanted to give up because I was late: either the exfoliation and foot care without polish, or the nail work and polish only. I completely understood that there would not be enough time to perform the full service, so I asked her to prioritize painting my nails and, if possible, to give my feet a very quick and basic exfoliation. I was not expecting to receive a full one-hour service in 45 minutes. However, throughout the appointment, no foot care was provided at all beyond trimming, cleaning, and painting my toenails. Before she started, I tried to explain the reason for my delay. I told her that Uber had taken me to the salon's previous location by mistake and that the driver was unable to bring me to the new address, so I had to take the train for the rest of the journey. Her response was, "Oh, really? Hmm... that's strange," in a tone that made me feel as though she did not believe my explanation. That comment, combined with her overall attitude during the appointment, made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. What bothered me most was not the shortened service, but the way the situation was handled. I fully understand that arriving late has consequences, and I accept responsibility for that. However, I also believe that clients should still be treated with professionalism and respect. In the end, I was the only one losing part of the service. I was not asking for extra time or special treatment—just a little understanding and courtesy. I would like to point out that the salon itself is beautiful, clean, and clearly maintains high standards of hygiene and quality. My previous experiences had been good, which is why this visit was particularly disappointing. Unfortunately, I left with a bad impression. I paid £59 for a service that ended up being quite limited and, more importantly, for an experience in which I did not feel welcomed or treated kindly. It is a shame because I had enjoyed my previous visits, but this experience will prevent me from returning in the future.
