I’m always particular about massages or body treatments being a physio myself and 7 days spa have always delivered a standard worth coming back to. I do not go for Thai massages in general but deep tissue massage has always been my go to anywhere and I could highly recommend DEEP tissue massage there. Therapists are petite yet extremely strong and very knowledgeable of nodules and areas needing that much waking up! Cathy was my previous therapist and now Nam and she’s been fantastic! My friend’s first time for deep tissue there, taken cared by Pam and my friend just won’t stop going on about how good she felt. Reminder though: deep tissue is an intense massage so one woulf naturally feel pain during pressure ( but good pain ) and is genuinely beneficial after muscle have healed. You can always let your therapist know if you aren’t able to tolerate the pressure so she can adjust it and make it comfortable for you. The rooms give you the feeling of being in Asia so kind of takes you away from London mood whilst in there. Nina was great and helpful, too! If you are a tiger balm fan like me, I also recommend the lemongrass balm sold in the spa. It’s small , handy and effective for pain relief, headache, insect bites & needing a bit of calm especially when you’re out and about. Have yet to try the other services. Keen on trying Lymphatic drainage next. But Deep tissue massage is 1000% recommended! - Maris
An amazing massage. Gorgeous interior and decor. Very relaxing. The masseuse checked at points during to massage to see if I wanted firmer or lighter pressure. Great price for what you get. I’d highly recommend and will return!

My experience was amazing. They were really accommodating and made me feel relaxed. It was my first time getting a massage and nok was great, step by step made me relaxed and helped my body’s knots. Aneela was amazing too. She ensured my brows stayed thick and gave it amazing shape. I will definitely be back.
Got a facial treatment today—my skin was thoroughly cleansed, and the experience was incredibly relaxing thanks to the massages. I don’t usually go for facials, but my face feels noticeably cleaner and lighter afterwards. I’ll definitely be back. Thank you, Nina!
