Shocking.. zero stars if possible. not staying allocated time, not turning up on time , Not communicating with my mum. They are on their phone constantly at one point one of them was FaceTimeing her grandchildren!! Charging their phone, not reading the menus that we set out for them on a daily basis making it up as they go along, even unable to make a simple sandwich. When you report things to head office, they just make excuses and say they’re looking into it Which they never do. One Particular Carer was a liar said she didn’t do certain things when she did as we have had cameras put in which she did know about but obviously forgot. AVOID
The existence of this care agency is questionable. The manager Rosslyn’s conduct is highly unprofessional, evidenced by numerous negative reviews. It is concerning that the council has entrusted these individuals with the responsibility of caring for vulnerable people.
I would give zero stars but its not an option. Rude abusive staff. Involved in criminal activities. Damaging neighbours property. Fighting with residents over parking spaces. Getting involved in physical fights. Ganging up on neighbours and shouting. Sounding horn consistently really loud without caring about disturbing whole neighbourhood. Overall rude and disruptive. Very unprofessional. Don't take my word for it I have videos and CCTV footage!

Ifi could give no stars I would but I can't. THEY ARE THE WORST CARE AGENCY IN EAST LONDON. Ive used them for 6 months now via the local council and the service is very very poor. They are not trained for any neurological care what so ever. If you have any neurological disabilities dont bother they have no clue even the basics. And when you correct them after they inflict pain on you they see it as bullying.They breach your data all the time and don't even care. The carers I've had have body odour which makes me sick almost vomit. I would not recommend them to my worst enemies. They make up rules as they go on. And are very unprofessional they charge you for hours not done.You have been warned!
