I am very disappointed by your service. On my appointment ticket the time of the clinic is till 17.45 pm been there at 17.15 and it was already close at 17.00 pm.
In case you're worried, Male and Female waiting areas are separate. Staff are pleasant and helpful. Can have a bit of a wait at busy times.
