Dr Wen is absolutely amazing. I’ve been seeing Dr Wen for acupuncture and he is exceptional at what he does. He is knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely cares about his patients. Every session feels tailored, and he always takes the time to explain things clearly and make you feel at ease. I usually see him at the High Street Lancing clinic on Saturdays, but I was more than happy to follow him to the other branch when I needed an appointment on a different date — that alone says it all. He’s that good. I can’t recommend Dr Wen highly enough. If you’re considering acupuncture, you’ll be in very safe hands with him. Thank you Dr Wen and the whole Ginseng team
I saw Dr Lily and Dr Gu today who were fantastic in treating me. They both paid me a lot of attention & I immediately felt a huge energetic release after my first acupuncture session. I will be back again next week. I also had the best back massage with Mariana. All of the staff were kind attentive and very professional. A lovely clinic. I highly recommend to anyone who is in any sort of pain
Dr Luo is truly exceptional! I have been suffering from chronic back pain and, for the past 10 days, I could barely get out of bed. After a very detailed and thorough consultation, he performed an acupuncture session followed by a massage. I felt the difference immediately. It genuinely felt as if I was in someone else’s body, such was the sense of lightness! I will continue the treatment he recommended over the next two months to achieve lasting results. An experience I would absolutely repeat without hesitation. I highly recommend him.
