Outstanding service from start to finish! The receptionist and the nurse who assisted me (I didn’t catch her name) were both incredibly kind and professional. You don’t often experience this level of care anymore. Thank you to the receptionist and the nurse I saw around 10:45 your kindness truly made a difference!
Emily was so nice, my visit was on time, there was no waiting time, everyone was super sweet and the reception was kind and welcoming too. I was super stressed before going there but left happy and relieved. Quite refreshing for nhs thank you 🫶
Lady on reception very unwelcoming and when getting upset she was just glaring at us. It really made the whole experience 10 times worse, I think having somebody with a bit more compassion on the front desk would make people feel a little less anxious. You do not know peoples reasons, what’s going on in their lives and their struggles, so please do not judge. The nurse was lovely and talked everything through.
Went in this morning feeling extremely unwell. I was spotted by one of the nurses called L, who saw that I was feeling nauseous. She went above and beyond and made my experience a lot easier. Also I found Kamala and Sandra very attentive. Thank you so much guys for looking after me. WHAT AN AMAZING TEAM
Fantastic ladies who worked there today for a scan. I was seen exactly at my appointment time (I was actually in the bathroom which they waited for). The midwives and ultrasound tech were kind, courteous and just all around lovely to me during a stressful time. Thank you, thank you, thank you! I’m very grateful.
