Amazing staff, friendly and helpful, informative and supportive. Had Conscious Sedation surgical procedure at 12 weeks. Made a difficult situation much easier to deal with. No protesters outside and the clinic felt safe
From booking appointments to until end of treatment every thing went so well. Staff at Finsbury park clinic were all amazing from Midwife Lucy, Evan and Care assistant kamala and Sandra and Dr Temo and Senior Dr and don’t remember the nurse name in operation theatre who was has done the scanning.she was brilliant so kind and empathetic.
Because of a medicial problem, the nhs referred me to this service for an urgent appointment and BPAS never called me to schedule. I then tried calling them and the booking woman was frazzled and didn't really seem to care, even though she confirmed she saw the request in their system. She said she'd check with their team and call me back but she never did. I guess they just ignore people? It's so disheartening to see that this is the way they treat women in an extremely vulnerable time of need. I hope management takes this seriously because the people that work here are literally not doing their job, even when requested to assist by the hospitals.
i filled two forms ordered from NUPAS ( very very stressfull and rude people took 2 hours for the medicine approved ) my wife had a call from BPAS AFTER very informative and friendly call they guide very well we already ordered from NUPAS ( worst decision. and call ) if somebody need to use the service strongly recommend BPAS
Outstanding service from start to finish! The receptionist and the nurse who assisted me (I didn’t catch her name) were both incredibly kind and professional. You don’t often experience this level of care anymore. Thank you to the receptionist and the nurse I saw around 10:45 your kindness truly made a difference!
