I had my first ever egg retrieval today at the London Women’s Clinic and I was incredibly nervous going into it. I’m very scared of needles, so this was a huge step for me — not just physically, but emotionally as well. From the moment I arrived, every single member of staff was absolutely amazing. The nurses, consultant, sedationist and the whole team were so kind, compassionate and reassuring. They truly went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable, calm and supported throughout the entire experience. What stood out the most was how much they genuinely care about their patients. They understand how emotional and overwhelming fertility treatment can be, and they treat you with so much empathy, patience and kindness. By the time I went in for the procedure, I felt completely reassured and knew I had chosen the right place for my treatment. I’m so grateful to the whole team for making what felt like a very scary day such a positive experience. I couldn’t recommend London Women’s Clinic more highly. If you’re trying to decide where to go for fertility treatment, you will be in the best hands here ❤️
Truly terrible customer service, particularly their payments team who are completely incompetent and have taken 3 unauthorised payments from me for one month of storage charge. They will hound you via email when they want something from you but when you need to speak to someone to rectify an issue they will ignore you. There are much more professional clinics in London where you can get fertility treatment and receive much better care. I wish I had used one of them and not had the experience I have had with LWC.
My journey with the LWC in London Bridge + Harley Street has been outstanding. The team is so lovely, I felt welcomed and understood from the first to the last call and through every appointment in between. I would recommend it to every friend!
The team at LWC Harley Street have been outstanding. They have supported my wife and I through our IVF journey at every step, keeping us informed and making the entire journey feel seamless.
