After a long journey and trying other fertility clinics in London, we couldn't recommend IVI more highly. Thanks to their incredible expertise and care, my husband and I are finally achieving our dream of becoming parents and are now over 30 weeks pregnant with our baby boy! A huge thank you to the IVI London team, thanks to whom I became the happy mother of two children three years apart. I am so glad I trusted them. The medical care is impeccable and delivered with compassion. This journey is emotionally challenging, but the quality of care and medical communication is reassuring. The advice was sound and honest, while still allowing me, as a patient, to remain fully involved in my journey and make informed choices. Thank you to the nurses Paloma, Irene, Sophie, Claudia… to the lab team Eleanor, Lourdes, Gwen… and to Dr. Tomasz, in whom I had great confidence. He presents things with great clarity and kindness. In the event of a failure (for me, an embryo transfer), he presented me with all the possible investigations to understand the cause, which was very reassuring. The subsequent transfer gave me my son. For me, IVI London embodies medical excellence on a human scale. I know that not everyone is as fortunate as I am, but I am convinced that I have chosen the best clinic to fulfill my dream of becoming a mother.
My partner previously posted a review in 2023, Ross KW, which he gave IVI London 5 stars. Therefore, this is basically an updated review. I'm blessed to say we gave birth to our second son in August 2025. The frozen embryo transfer took place in December 2024. We are forever grateful to all of the team at IVI London. On Christmas Day 2024, we had a minor scare with misplacing my medication and Dr. Tomasz offered all he could to assist and accommodate me. Dr. Nikolaos guided me throughout the entire frozen transfer cycle and double checked anything that caused concern. Thank you very much :) The medical team at IVI London went above and beyond what was expected and for that we thank you. IVI London has an excellent nursing team as well where they guide you accordingly throughout the entire process and answer all your questions and concerns you may have. My partner previously mentioned that communication from the admin team could be improved. However, I have noticed that the use of IVI's patient portal makes a huge beneficial difference. Overall, I'd recommend IVI London, they have a World Class medical team.
Our baby was born after our first IVF attempt at IVI ! Dr Thomasz Lukaszewski was fantastic in guiding us through the process. The clinic ensured my partner was in the best medical position to get pregnant and deliver a healthy baby. While the clinic is small and admin tasks can be a bit slow, they are very thorough and professional. They go through all potential medical hurdles and solve them to maximize the success probability. All the staff is very kind, and the facilities are super well located and modern. We recommend without hesitation !
