We are so grateful to have found Fertility Plus — Dr Gudi and Dr Shah have been nothing short of extraordinary. We cannot recommend this clinic highly enough. What sets Fertility Plus apart is how genuinely patient-centred it is. From the very start, we dealt directly with our doctor. Dr Gudi took the time to explain every step of our treatment plan in detail, answered all of our many questions with patience and clarity, and made us feel like active participants in our own care. That really made a difference for me. The practical side is just as seamless . Once we were patients, there were no long waits for appointments — something that matters enormously when working around a cycle. Having direct WhatsApp contact with our doctor for any question, at any time, removed so much of the anxiety that comes with fertility treatment. Dr Gudi has answered any of my questions or worries, even during weekends. Dr Shah stepped in seamlessly during Dr Gudi’s leave and provided the same exceptional level of care — warm, informed, and reassuring throughout. We are now the very lucky parents of the most wonderful little girl, and we will be forever grateful to this deeply human clinic. Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts.
I have been under Dr Gudi's care for over 12 years and he is simply the best fertility doctor. He has compassion and care for his patients. I truly believed that Dr Gudi could help make our dreams come true and believing in him on our 11th IVF it was a success and I sit here today with my 5week old baby in my arms, a dream I use to dream about, and now it's my reality. Well, where do I start? From my very first phone call to every subsequent visit and interaction at Fertility Plus, I was treated with kindness, patience, and genuine compassion. Dr. Gudi is not only highly skilled and knowledgeable but also takes the time to listen and explain everything clearly. He always made me feel that I was in the best possible hands. The nurses (Nurse Catherine, Nurse Kristina, and Nurse Michaela) and the support staff were equally wonderful - warm, attentive, and professional. Every interaction, whether at reception, over the phone, or during appointments, was friendly and reassuring. It is clear that everyone works together as a team, with the patient’s wellbeing at the heart of everything they do. The level of service I received exceeded my expectations, and I am truly grateful for the outstanding support throughout my treatment. A big thank you to Dr. Gudi and every member of the team for making what could have been a rather stressful experience feel so positive. Five stars are indeed thoroughly deserved.
I don’t feel that 5 stars are enough to reflect the incredible care I received from Dr Gudi at Fertility Plus. For anyone considering fertility support, I would wholeheartedly recommend Fertility Plus, the level of care truly stands out compared to other clinics. From my very first meeting with Dr Gudi, I knew my experience would be completely different from the clinic I had previously attended. He was exceptionally patient and compassionate, immediately putting me at ease and easing my anxiety. He guided me through every step of the process in a way that was clear and easy to understand, always managing expectations and never overpromising. What I appreciated most was how he made me feel like I was his only patient. I never felt rushed, he always took the time to answer any questions and did everything possible to achieve the best outcome. I owe so much to Dr Gudi.
