I was pleasantly surprised by how clean, modern, and high-standard this clinic is. The environment is beautiful and very well maintained. All staff were extremely kind, polite, and welcoming, which made me feel comfortable from the start. The doctor was very professional and knowledgeable. He carefully examined my case and identified mistakes made by a previous clinic during my dental implant treatment, which had caused me long-term problems. What impressed me most is that the doctor gave me a real chance to save my implants — something I was not sure was possible before. This gave me hope and confidence. I will definitely come back to this clinic. I truly trust this place and highly recommend it.
I had an exceptional experience at this dental clinic, receiving 5-star service from beginning to end. The teamwork among the manager, receptionist, dentists and dental assistants was outstanding. Everyone greeted me with friendly, warm smiles and treated me with the utmost respect. Despite living and working abroad, I choose to have my dental treatment in the UK. After researching and reading reviews, I chose this clinic and it turned out to be an excellent decision. From my first appointment, it was evident that the practice was impeccably clean. The receptionist, Rasa, warmly welcomed me and set a positive tone for each visit. Ingrid guided me through my options, explained the costs, and offered suggestions on desired look and smile. I needed seven crowns (and several filings). The team was highly mindful of how long I would be in the UK for and went above and beyond to accommodate me. Dr. Georgina stepped in for a few appointments when my primary dentist was unavailable and provided exceptional care. Dr Alex, my primary dentist, was simply brilliant, amazing and outstanding. She thoroughly explained each stage of the treatment and patiently worked on my teeth, whilst using the latest technology. The results are fantastic - I now have a smile I can be proud of. My heartfelt thanks to everyone at the practice for their remarkable service.

The team is always welcoming, professional, and very informative throughout the entire process.
