This is a great dental practice. Rash Patel, the owner, is probably one of the best dentists in the world! He has assembled a wonderful, loyal, caring, hard working and super efficient team. Claire, Hayley and Maria manage the bookings, orders and administration. Michael is a fantastic dentist, calm and proficient, even with the most nervous patient! Last but not least, the dental assistants keep the treatment rooms spotless and assist with great kindness and competence. I am very grateful to them all for their care and attention over very many years.
Jayden boothe I received my check up & clean from Dr Julie who is a highly skilled and compassionate dentist. She ensured I was completely comfortable throughout the procedure she clearly explained each step of the treatment as it was carried it out, which was very reassuring. Nurse Mihaela was also very friendly and kind. They were both excellent and made the overall experience very pleasant. Hayley & Receptionists were also fantastic Thank you 😊 Carla & jayden
I had a follow up appointment with Dr Patel. As always the whole atmosphere of the surgery is calming. Ðr Patel. As always very welcoming. Puts you at ease. I had a fear of dentists. From when I was a child. But here I feel at ease.
All the dentists I have seen have been lovely however, unfortunately the receptionist Claire either has no telephone manner or has some sort of personal vendetta against me. She has been rude, has no patience, cuts you off mid sentence and honestly seems to be in a bad mood constantly. When I have had to communicate with her it's been hard and awkward, she seems like she can't be bothered and I've left every interaction with her feeling like a hindrance to her. Such a shame as the dentist is great.
This was my first time with The Slade Dental Practice. I went to a dental appointment and the hygienist. The front staff at this Practice are friendly and helpful as was the dentist and hygienist. The dentist fully explained everything in an understandable way. This was the best and most thorough examination I have ever experienced at a dentist.
