The loveliest, sweetest, kindest and most empathetic dentist, Dr Armin Farkhooy. I’ve had the privilege of being treated by him on three occasions, and each time, both he and his assistant were absolutely incredible. His kindness, patience and reassuring words made me feel completely safe and at ease. I’m genuinely touched by the level of care and compassion he showed me. It’s rare to come across someone who is not only so skilled at what they do, but also genuinely cares about their patients. I’m so grateful to have experienced such wonderful service. We need more dentists like Dr Armin. He truly is an angel.
I had a wonderful experience at my dental appointment today. I initially felt a little nervous, but Dr. Mojtaba Khosravi Danesh and Nurse Bhawana were so friendly, kind, and welcoming that I felt completely comfortable. Dr. Mojtaba thoroughly checked my teeth, carried out a professional cleaning, and also fixed a tooth that needed treatment. She was very patient and explained everything clearly. I really appreciated that she didn’t just focus on the treatment, but also gave me lots of useful advice on how to look after my teeth properly and maintain good oral hygiene. A special thank you to Nurse Bhawana as well. She was extremely kind, caring, and professional throughout the appointment. Her work was excellent, and she made the whole experience feel easy and comfortable. Overall, I’m very happy with the care and service I received. A big thank you to Dr. Mojtaba Khosravi Danesh and Bhawana for their excellent work, kindness, and professionalism. Thank you so much for the wonderful care! 🦷❤️✨
I had a wonderful experience at the clinic today. Dr. Mojtaba did an amazing job with my tooth filling; he was very calm, professional, and reassuring throughout the procedure. Also, a big thank you to the nurse, Bhawana, for being so kind and helpful. The whole environment is clean and welcoming.
I had a great experience at Rushey Green Dental Practice this morning. I went in for a filling and teeth cleaning, and the whole process was smooth, professional, and comfortable. The dentist and staff were very friendly, attentive, and explained everything clearly, which made me feel at ease throughout the treatment. The procedure was done carefully and to a very high standard. The clinic is clean, well organised, and welcoming. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for excellent dental care and a positive patient experience. Thank you to the whole team!
I have been attending this dental practice for over 30 years, and during that time I have been treated by several very good dentists. I booked my appointment online through the practice website for the first time, and I found the process very easy and straightforward. I needed to see my dentist, but she had no availability for the next few weeks, however, I was presented with a choice of 3 dentist, and I chose to see Shiv Bharakhada as he had the earliest availability. From the moment I arrived, Shiv was warm, welcoming, and highly professional. He put me at ease straight away, took the time to chat with me, and carried out a thorough examination, including x-rays. What stood out most was the depth of his knowledge and the level of detail he provided when explaining about the structure of my teeth and his findings. He carefully compared my most recent x-rays with those taken two years earlier, clearly highlighting changes and what had remained the same. Shiv explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, he never rushed and paused regularly to ask whether I had any questions. At the end of the appointment, Shiv clearly set out my treatment options, making sure I understood each one so I could make my own informed decision. I left my appointment feeling exceptionally well informed, reassured, and confident in his expertise. My previous dentist was also very good, and I have always appreciated the care I received at this practice. However, Shiv’s thorough approach, depth of knowledge, and the in-depth information he provided gave me an even greater sense of confidence in my dental care. For that reason, I have decided to make Shiv my new dentist.
