The loveliest, sweetest, kindest and most empathetic dentist, Dr Armin Farkhooy. I’ve had the privilege of being treated by him on three occasions, and each time, both he and his assistant were absolutely incredible. His kindness, patience and reassuring words made me feel completely safe and at ease. I’m genuinely touched by the level of care and compassion he showed me. It’s rare to come across someone who is not only so skilled at what they do, but also genuinely cares about their patients. I’m so grateful to have experienced such wonderful service. We need more dentists like Dr Armin. He truly is an angel.
I have been attending this dental practice for over 30 years, and during that time I have been treated by several very good dentists. I booked my appointment online through the practice website for the first time, and I found the process very easy and straightforward. I needed to see my dentist, but she had no availability for the next few weeks, however, I was presented with a choice of 3 dentist, and I chose to see Shiv Bharakhada as he had the earliest availability. From the moment I arrived, Shiv was warm, welcoming, and highly professional. He put me at ease straight away, took the time to chat with me, and carried out a thorough examination, including x-rays. What stood out most was the depth of his knowledge and the level of detail he provided when explaining about the structure of my teeth and his findings. He carefully compared my most recent x-rays with those taken two years earlier, clearly highlighting changes and what had remained the same. Shiv explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, he never rushed and paused regularly to ask whether I had any questions. At the end of the appointment, Shiv clearly set out my treatment options, making sure I understood each one so I could make my own informed decision. I left my appointment feeling exceptionally well informed, reassured, and confident in his expertise. My previous dentist was also very good, and I have always appreciated the care I received at this practice. However, Shiv’s thorough approach, depth of knowledge, and the in-depth information he provided gave me an even greater sense of confidence in my dental care. For that reason, I have decided to make Shiv my new dentist.
I had a great experience at Rushey Green Dental Practice this morning. I went in for a filling and teeth cleaning, and the whole process was smooth, professional, and comfortable. The dentist and staff were very friendly, attentive, and explained everything clearly, which made me feel at ease throughout the treatment. The procedure was done carefully and to a very high standard. The clinic is clean, well organised, and welcoming. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for excellent dental care and a positive patient experience. Thank you to the whole team!
I had a great experience getting my teeth fixed with Dr. Shiv. Any questions that I had were answered very well, any discomfort that I had during any procedures was addressed straight away, and I was given great advice to maintain great dental hygiene. I would definitely recommend this dental practice to anyone who wants to have experienced dentists address issues with your teeth.
I had two fillings and an examination with Dr. Danesh, as well as a hygienist appointment with Dr. Mortazavi, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. I’m usually quite nervous about dentist appointments, but everyone made me feel so relaxed and comfortable from the moment I arrived. Dr. Danesh and Dr. Mortazavi were both incredibly friendly, professional and reassuring, and I can’t believe how good the results are! The reception staff were also amazing — so welcoming, helpful and friendly, which really helped put me at ease before my appointments. A fantastic dental practice with a lovely team. I’d highly recommend them! :)
