Unfortunately, I had a front filling come out yesterday. I phoned this morning and was delighted to get an emergency appointment on the same day. I was seen by Debrashita Sengupta, dentist, whom I had not met before. She was very person centred and excellent as she replaced the filling explaining each procedure throughout. She had a very gentle approach. The reception staff are also very friendly and helpful. I am happy to recommend this dental practice as I have always had an excellent service.
I have visited quite a number of dentists and hygienists over the years. Dr. Amit Gupta and the hygienist lady Homaira are the best I have ever met. They are patient, gentle and manage to explain to the patients the steps involved in the treatments, what to do after the treatment and what protocols to be taken for the daily care of our teeth. I have just completed repair of the chips on my molar and removed a “wise” molar. Perfect operations! Highly recommend.
My children have been seeing Dr Amit Gupta for several years now, and every visit has been a great experience. He is always kind, patient and very reassuring with the kids, which makes dental check ups stress free for them. As a parent, I feel confident knowing my children are in very capable hands. The team at Smile in London is welcoming, professional and very well organised. Dr Gupta takes the time to explain everything clearly and ensures the children feel comfortable throughout the appointment. The team always has a calm and thoughtful approach, and I couldn’t be more grateful. I’m very thankful for the excellent care my children receive and would highly recommend Dr Gupta to any parents looking for a fantastic dentist for their kids.
Highly recommended! Both our children have been attending for years. Recently, we booked our son with Dr. Amit for an extraction before the start of his orthodontic treatment. Dr. Amit is very professional and always very patient to explain the details. The whole team, including the reception staff, are so friendly and helpful.
Justina and the lovely nurse who did my hygienist appointment were absolutely amazing. I have a terrible gag reflex and amazingly I only gagged ONCE during the entire time I was having my teeth cleaned. I hate going to the dentists just like most people but Justina reassured me the entire time, and was stupendously supportive and patient with me. She found a better alternative to the suction pipe which always sets off my gag reflex and allowed me time to close my mouth and breathe when I was getting close to gagging. The receptionist team are also just absolutely brilliant. They remember their patients. They are always welcoming and attentive. Polite and easy to talk to. There’s a reason why I keep coming back to Smile in Wanstead, and it ISNT because I live locally. It’s because of their fantastic service from start, to finish.
