I was recommended by a friend and now my whole family have all our dental work done there. One family member was very nervous about visiting the dentist. Anwen made her feel so comfortable and relaxed. Their after service has been impeccable and they are totally upfront about costs. If work isnt essential they will never push you to do it. I xould 100 per cent reccomend them to anyone.
Wisdom Dental have been my family’s dentist for many years and we have been looked after by Dr Harvey and sometimes their other dentists in her absence. The team from the practice manager to reception to hygenists to the dentists have always been exceptional. Dr Harvey is caring, compassionate and with her many years of experience, outstanding at her job. Appointments are never rushed and she takes time to explain treatment options and is very gentle with procedures. Wisdom also have a new Hygenist, Vanessa, who I have just had a hygiene appointment with. Vanessa is caring, gentle, very thorough with the procedure and has an amazing energy. I’m someone who doesn’t particularly like dental appointments and I always used to put them off. If you need any dental treatment or just want to have a check up, don’t hesitate, you’ll be in safe hands.
As someone who was petrified of the dentist as a child and avoided it as an adult. I was reccomned Wisdom by my partner. On my first visit with Harvey I explained my situation and needs and she was super helpful. Explaining everything for me and taking time and taking things nice and slowly for me. I required quite serious work (from avoidance for so long) but I was always treated so nicely. It was not easy, but it was certainly easier because of the team here! Even receptionists being helpful with multiple bookings, changing times etc etc.... The whole thing was great. I can not reccomned highly enough!
I am speechless and do not have the words for the service my mother received from Havi. She had broken her crown prior to travelling abroad and was so upset. I called Wisdom dental and they fit my mum the next day for a same day replacement. Havi was so professional, lovely and knowledgable. We will be coming back for other treatments and I would highly recommend. I have not seen such exceptional service and the reception team are very helpful. We need more dental practises like this who follow the same standard :)
Going to the dentist was my BIGGEST fear before seeing Dr Harvey Kalsi at Wisdom Dental. Before I came here, I hadn’t seen a dentist in 10 years and had quite a few issues to sort out. Kalsi and her team are so consistently kind and thoughtful, I have absolutely no complaints and would recommend them to anyone and everyone. I ended up getting invisalign with Wisdom and could not be happier with my results! I no longer dread getting a checkup..
