The entire team work hard to create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, every staff member I've encountered has been professional and happy to help. I had my first hygienist appointment in a while due to a bad experience elsewhere a few years ago and Aaron was incredible. He put me at ease, was very gentle and did an extremely thorough job. Thanks to his treatment and expertise, the agony that I was in two weeks prior vanished and I'm able to sleep again! Not to mention the thorough notes and communication between himself and the dentist I had a checkup with; he assured me he knew exactly what to do and delivered. Highly recommend this practice to anyone who is apprehensive/worried about receiving good treatment, they do a fantastic job.
Dr.Arjun completed my root canal re-treatment and I couldn’t be happier. He was kind, attentive, professional and made sure to explain the procedure every step of the way. I had a great experience with Dr Aylin Uletici who conducted dental exam and following that, a tooth filling. Thorough in her communication and process which is reassuring as a client; easy to talk to which also makes the experience feel more relaxing. Would recommend Dr Uletici and the wider team.
Great visit to the hygienist on Wed, was dreading it but no need, he was gentle, encouraging and totally focused on what he was doing. My treatment was more in depth than usual as he was cleaning deep gum pockets, but I didn’t feel a thing. I was worried about the anaesthetic as I have atrial fibrillation but he talked me through it calmly and administered an alternative one without adrenaline which was as effective but took a bit longer to work. Aaron is a very good hygienist, I highly recommend him and Dulwich Dental Office. Regards, Michelle
Excellent service so far, and I have only just started what is a several month process to give me my smile back. Not fond of dentists, but Javier and the whole team starting with reception, made me feel at ease from the moment I arrived. Spotless surgery! Can’t recommend them highly enough, especially if like me your bit scared.
