Wonderful dental surgery and I am so glad to have found it. I attended at the weekend for an emergency root canal. Dr Ali was amazing. I can't talk too soon as its not quite been 24 hours but I am at present pain free! I have yet to finish my treatment but I think i am in capable hands. The receptionist from Belgium, sorry I don't know her name, is so lovely too. Friendly and reassuring she helped me feel at ease. I highly recommend this dental surgery.
I was really grateful to visit Pearl over the Christmas holiday when my usual dentist was closed, and I thought I had cracked a tooth. The receptionist was superb and the dentist was so reassuring. I was able to get an appointment on the same day (this surgery is open 7 days a week until 10pm). The surgery had spotlessly clean facilities to use and a tea and coffee machine! I left feeling reassured and having had a very pleasant experience. I would definitely use again. Thank you for setting my mind at rest so quickly.
Had an appointment with Dr Sonam Patel today for a dental implant. Not great news as lots of issues noted with my gums but the doctor not only managed a stressful conversation expertly, she offered some great advice too. She was well informed, competent and cautiously optimistic about my treatment options. Being a doctor myself, I hold doctors to a very high standard but have to admit Dr Sonam exceeded my expectations. I left feeling confident and in good hands, with a clear treatment plan already in place. She offered a follow up call about another dental issue I had, and rang me promptly to advise. So, so grateful for a wonderful, caring dentist who put my mind at ease. Have had treatment from Dr Wasi before and have to say he's amazing too. Thanks again for a wonderful service at an affordable price!
I had my first appointment at the Pearl Dental clinic with Dr Malik today he was absolutely amazing. Kind and caring and very knowledgeable. He puts you at ease immediately is very gentle and explains what will be happening. The clinic is spotless the reception staff helpful and very friendly. I cannot recommend them highly enough
I had excellent emergency care from Dr Ali at this dental clinic. I spotted an issue in my mouth one Friday evening and was able to get an emergency appointment within 2 hours. They were extremely thorough and also followed up several times in the days following to check everything was ok (it was!). £55 for the emergency appointment and £20 for an X-Ray was also much more reasonable than I expected for emergency care. Highly recommended.
