This is a great place to go take care of your teeth. The team was very professional examining and providing with solutions by priority. I had to remove two teeth and they did a great job, I felt that I was in good hands. Super hi-tech and innovative approach to dentistry. Very sterile . Unfortunately I must agree with another persons review, they’re only after your money. I only had a consultation for an implant and Panorama picture takes £60+ £70 which I paid. The quote was one thousand pounds more than what I have expected so the dentist offered to get another consultation with another professional in their clinic to explore possibility for another option (starting price for consultation £100). DPC had availability for next day and, I booked it in, paid £60 deposit. An hour later I realised that I have made a mistake in booking the appointment and I called to cancel. They refused to make a humain exception on the basis that I had no option to move, cancel or change my appointment in any way, which I wasn’t aware of at the time of booking. Otherwise I would think twice before permanently saying goodbye to such a sum of money. Only after my email threatening to report them to GDC that I got my money back. And I got banned from DPC consequently still loosing the initial consultation fee of £60, because now I need a new consultation with a different dentist. It’s really greedy capitalistic behaviour is totally wrong in my opinions. I shouldn’t have to fight for my money and still loose. I found a dentist who does free consultation and has reasonable prices, at least they still exist.
Absolutely wonderful experience for my kids! Having tried many local dentists, none have had the tact and approach as the dentist and all the staff . My son is excited (yes, excited!). Im so thrilled to have finally found a kids friendly dentist!
Worst Dental practice,This place should be closed and the dentist who did my root canal should not be a dentist at all. The image below is an infected tooth because of a failed root canal as it WASN'T done properly....Price £700 After this root canal I contacted the practice and told them my tooth is still in pain but they said it takes a few months for the root canal to heal ..later I was in pain I went back and she said the root canal is done properly and she has to send me for 3D scan to see what the problem was..okey here is the problem "dentist" if you can read a Scan !! I hope this saves someone unless you want to loose your teeth 😩Then go this place !!!
Gabrielle (the dentist) and the lady at the front desk are very kind. We are talking about a 5 stars service here. You can obtain an appointment very quickly and prices are very decent. Coming from Paris I can definitely recommend this wonderful place. Thanks again. DD
