Very happy with my treatment at Mint by Dr Engineer and Dr Patel. I’ve found them both to be highly professional in their work and in the advice they’ve given. The reception team are also excellent going out of their way to be friendly and helpful. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.
I can’t recommend this dental clinic highly enough. They repaired three of my chipped teeth perfectly, and the results look completely natural. I also had a full dental hygiene clean, and my teeth have never felt so clean and fresh! Every time I visit, the team is welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. They always take the time to explain everything, make sure I’m comfortable, and provide outstanding care from start to finish. It’s clear they really look after their patients and take pride in the quality of their work. If you’re looking for a friendly, skilled, and trustworthy dental practice, I would definitely recommend this clinic 1000 times over.

I asked the dentist for the items they used to inspect and clean my teeth to be new items unopened. I was told they would not, instead they will just wash off previously used items to save money. When I'm the paying customer when I ask for something like that especially going in my mouth I expect to be accommodated. Meanwhile the other dentist was way too aggressive and rude. I cannot recommend a place that doesn't respect me the customer over money. In reply to the dentist. I have made no mistake at all.just becuase you have bad record keeping doesnt mean I was never there. My bank account says something different. The review is very valid and will remain. Nice try.
Extremely disappointed with their rigid policy and poor customer service. I arrived 10 minutes late on a rainy day, only to be told that my appointment was canceled and my deposit was forfeited. Their excuse was that there wasn't enough time to complete the teeth cleaning. The total session is 30 minutes, so why couldn't they utilize the remaining 20 minutes to do what they could? It feels like a cheap excuse to just pocket the deposit. I will complete my final checkup here, but that will be my absolute last visit. I do not recommend this clinic to anyone who expects basic empathy and flexibility.
