My experience at Bespoke Smile was amazing! I am a very nervouse patient and my dentist, Lydia, was kind and caring throughout my whole treatment, making sure I knew what was happening every step of the way. The veneers that she fitted are beautiful and it has made such a difference to my confidence and how I feel. She took time to colour match the veneers to my skin tone which has resulted in excellent, perfect teeth. I cannot rate Lydia and the team at Bespoke Smile high enough!
I had an excellent experience at Bespoke Smile from start to finish. From day one, I felt genuinely looked after and supported throughout the entire process. I initially came in for a veneers consultation with Dr Sam, who was professional, knowledgeable, and refreshingly honest. He took the time to talk me through all the options and gave clear, realistic advice. I really valued how focused he was on helping me make the right decision for myself rather than pushing any particular treatment. The real standout for me, though, was Dr Karina, who looked after my Invisalign and bonding treatment. She was exceptional from beginning to end. She took the time to really listen to what I wanted, understood exactly what I was aiming for, and answered all of my (many!) questions with patience and care. Her honesty and attention to detail gave me complete confidence in the process. I was quite nervous about starting Invisalign, especially given the length of treatment, but Dr Karina made everything feel smooth and manageable. She clearly explained what to expect, kept me reassured throughout, and made sure I was comfortable at every stage. Thanks to her, the whole process ended up flying by. After Invisalign, I went ahead with composite bonding, and I genuinely couldn’t be happier with the results. My smile has been completely transformed while still looking incredibly natural - like my teeth, just better. Dr Karina is clearly extremely skilled at what she does. I trusted her completely, and she absolutely delivered. Another thing that made a huge difference throughout my journey was how easy it was to get in touch with the Bespoke Smile team - they were always just a WhatsApp message away. Whenever I had a question or needed reassurance, someone was there to respond quickly and help, which made the whole process feel so much easier. They were also incredibly accommodating with appointments, offering flexibility across different locations and always making an effort to fit me in quickly if I had any concerns. That level of accessibility and support really reassured me that I was in safe hands the entire time. The whole team at Bespoke Smile has been fantastic, but Dr Karina truly made this experience what it was for me - she is BRILLIANT!! ❤️ This has honestly been one of the best investments I’ve ever made, and I only wish I had done it sooner. Bespoke Smile provided an outstanding experience from start to finish. I had my teeth done there and I could not be happier with the result. My recent experience at Bespoke Smile was with Dr. Firas for root canal treatment, where I was referred to by my current dentist. All the staff I have met over my three visits have been most welcoming and friendly and Dr. Firas put me at ease and fixed my tooth. I had the best experience at Bespoke Smile, Marlow under the excellent care of Dr Lydia Sharples. I went to have my front crown replaced which had aged and discoloured over time and throughout every step of my procedure, Lydia and her team made me feel comfortable and confident. We discussed my options which included a route canal and throughout, she was highly professional and caring with amazing attention to detail. I feel I was in the hands of someone who genuinely cared about getting my tooth corrected to the best possible condition. I left with a new smile I love and I couldn’t not feel happier. Thank you!
