I had my wisdom teeth removed here and the team were amazing. I was really nervous going in, but they were so kind and patient and talked me through everything which really helped calm me down. They made sure I was comfortable throughout and guided me through the whole process. What really stood out was that the care didn’t just stop after the procedure, the aftercare was great too and they checked in afterwards to make sure everything was healing well. It genuinely felt like a 5-star service. I’m really grateful for how well they looked after me. Definitely recommend.

I had my dental examination and treatment planning with Dr. Mojgan Masoudi at Bright Smile Dental Clinic, and I was very pleased with the experience. Dr. Masoudi was professional, thorough, and very reassuring throughout my appointment. She carefully explained the condition of my Gum disease treatment process and teeth and provided a clear, detailed treatment plan, including the recommended composite fillings. I really appreciated how transparent she was about the procedures and costs, which helped me feel confident and comfortable moving forward with treatment. The clinic was well organised, and I felt listened to and well cared for. Overall, it was a positive and reassuring experience, and I would highly recommend Dr. Mojgan Masoudi to anyone looking for a skilled and trustworthy dentist.
Probably a very good dentist but the staff are useless. Get told by one receptionist that my wife does use the dentist as she recommended them just by saying my wife’s name, later find out she doesn’t and call to find out why they told me she did and to ask for my deposit back, said they need to ask the receptionist from that day. The receptionist LIES to her colleague about what she said to me and I’m seen to be the one giving false information and they say I can’t be refunded but I can rebook. Like hell. Also not to mention without taking a date of birth or anything confirmed my wife went there just by me saying her name; heard of GDPR?? Even if they said they would refund half I would have been slightly happy, but nothing. Great customer care team 👍🏼
