I was extremely happy with my first visit to Park Avenue Dental Care for a dental hygienic clean. Roksana carried out a gentle clean compared to other hygenists I have had in the past who were too aggressive in their clean. Roksana, was polite, kind, gentle, a good listener and didn't criticize me. I found the cost for their air flow clean reasonable and standard to what I have paid in the past. I am relieved to have found a great hygenist I can now go to where I will receive a good clean and be offered sound advice and pay the normal going price. Their clinic is also very clean and designed beautifully Thank you Roksana and Park Avenue Dental Care, I am glad I have found you.
Pleasantly surprised from the get go. The dentists environment was really high standards and beautiful. All staff were lovely and professional. Despite all this the e waiting times are short also. Dr. Ria freindly & straight forward, which i appreciated and honestly needed. Explained everything in THOROUGH detail, of each tooths status, using camera shots, taught me to read my x-rays essentially and used whiteboard drawings to ensure i understood. She's very competent and good at her profession also.
The reason is that my mum who is over the age of 80 has come to the dentist regarding the pain the dentist told new dentitures need to made. After the new ones were made it effected her gums as a result she is unable to eat anything due to the pain of the new dentures. Due to this I am getting shouted at. She has paid for all these appointments as you do not treat NHS patients. It looks to me that who are only there to make money without listening to the patients and their issues. When I called them I did not want any information about my mums treatment. I wanted to tell them that I get shouted at as she has trouble eating any healthy food due to the treatment and the receptionist did not want to listen. I told them a number of times I know about the data protection. She did not want to talk to me at all. It looks like that this Dental practice is only after money they do care about anyone.
Can't recommend this practice enough! Dr Tailor in particular is very gentle when doing procedures and is just great fun to chat to as well. He explains everything and makes the process even enjoyable. Also, the staff are always lovely and helpful.
I had an excellent experience at this dental practice. My check-up with Dr Gupta was very thorough and professional, and they made me feel at ease throughout. I then had a filling done which was carried out to a very high standard with great attention to detail. The hygienist, Minao, also provided outstanding care. The hygiene treatment was very thorough, and the advice and recommendations for maintaining good oral health were really helpful. Overall, I would highly recommend this practice for their professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent patient care.
