I would highly recommend! I am a very nervous patient and Mary Shenouda is always so personable and treats me with the utmost care. I’ve been so pleased with all my treatment. She’s great! I had a very disappointing and stressful experience with Pro Dental. I had composite bonding done around two years ago. After the treatment, there was no aftercare advice or follow-up offered, which I found concerning. Instead, there seemed to be more focus on asking for referrals or positive reviews in exchange for discounts. More to my concern, about an year ago I was contacted and told I owed £500, despite having already paid in full (split across two payments at the time of treatment). I repeatedly tried to resolve this by phone and email but either received no response or spoke to reception staff who had no knowledge of the situation and were not helpful. This week, I was contacted again and told legal action might be taken, which caused unnecessary stress. After persisting, I finally spoke to Lee, who took the time to review my case properly, acknowledged the proof of payment, and confirmed the balance was actually £0 and just wasn’t input in the system due to an internal error from two years ago. While I appreciate that this was eventually resolved, the process to get there was frustrating and stressful. The tone of earlier communications from the accounts team felt unnecessarily rude, and the lack of coordination within the company was clear. Unfortunately, due to this experience, I wouldn’t feel comfortable returning or recommending their services.
Thank you to all the staff. This is my second time visiting the dental clinic, and once again I had a great experience. From the reservation team to all the staff at the clinic, everyone was professional, friendly, and welcoming. For me, it’s the best dental clinic in London. Thank you again to all the amazing staff.
