I’m really happy for treatment which one I receive from Chronos London Dental Clinic very qualified and up to 5 star team and procedures. due to my anxiety they was been able to do all my work and place even implants on my missing teeth. I want to see all the stuff they are great and wonderful I really recommend to all Patient which one do you want to have a very high standard of treatment and explanation to be seen by one of the staff which one working in the clinic. I see them for the last five years before passed more than 10 years I didn’t see a dentist due to my anxiety.
Clean premises, friendly staff, and very fair pricing compared to other Dentists I've been to. Dr Vucetic is excellent, he is very thorough but he actually explains the process and advises very well any problems and shows how they'd be solved.
I had an appointment at Chronos London Dental Clinic at 12:15 p.m. and I arrived at the time set at 12:15 there and I was told that the doctor thought I was not coming and he left, how is that possible? I didn't cancel the appointment, how can he leave, thinking that I won't come to the appointment? He certainly left the clinic before 12 o'clock . That's shows unprofessionalism and more than that. The bell didn't work, the receptionist and the nurse were talking in the back yard and the nurse said I should have seen the doctor leave if I waited in front of the clinic ....i was speechless, rude &untrained staff. I drove 40 minutes away for this clinic for this "treatment". So think twice before choosing their "services". I definitely do not recommend it . * As you can see, this is the text confirmation": Mrs Ivan, This is a reminder that you have an appointment at CHRONOS LONDON DENTAL CLINIC on Wed 19 May at 12:15PM" that's means 12:15 not 12:00 how you said in reply....if you had been in the office to answer at the door not in the yard talking maybe you would have done your job better. I could add- liars -as well at the feedback.
Not good for cosmetic dentistry! Both my husband and I had chips on our front teeth, had them fixed at Chronos and not only could you clearly see the fillings which looked stuck on, they BOTH fell off within 2 months of having the work done - seriously disappointing. Had the chips refilled by another dentist and they look seamless. I won't go back to Chronos again.
The CQC statement regarding this practice: “The dental nurse, with the knowledge of the principal dentist, provided treatment including dental hygiene treatment, issued prescriptions, and undertook examinations and dental radiographs that were clearly outside the scope of their professional practice.”
