I would like to thank Francis for seeing me for an emergency appointment and fixing the problem the same day that required extensive treatment. I can't thank enough for the team who understood the pain I was going through and made arrangements to ensure I get this treatment. Francis is an asset to this practice and he is great at his job. I would also like to thank Duma the receptionist, who always welcomed me with a smile and great at multitasking. Finally, I would like to extend my thanks to Hamda, the assistant who helped me many times during my procedures. I highly recommend this dental practice as they never failed me in the last 10 years and I visited them several times as I have 2 children.
This isn’t the first dentist I’ve had since I moved to Sydenham four decades ago but it will be the last. In the small hours I lost a filling, phoned up later this morning and was offered an appointment for 2pm. No complaints about the service but the red tape and the cost is another thing; blame our treacherous government for that.
Hi, I attended an appointment at my dentist last Monday and I was having a tooth taken out which I was really anxious about. The dentist Maria was very reassuring in her conduct when she was dealing with me which helped a lot. Also her assistant Anita was nice, calm and polite which also helped ease my experience. Finally the receptionist Duma was friendly and polite. Overall they were all beautiful, professional and polite young ladies which eased my painful experience because I am genuinely terrified of the dentist!
Cancelled an emergency appointment for a dry socket - the excuse - their x ray machine isn't working. When I explained a dry socket doesn't need an x ray, I then get told there is a computer error. Couldn't make it up! Avoid avoid. As a dental nurse, I believe this whole practice should be avoided.
To Jason Francis (I hope the spelling is correct). This dentist listened to me and attended to the issue that I came to the dentist about, while, also informing me of other dental problems that I must address in future. My immediate problem was resolved with precision, care and attention, with every effort made to reduce any pain. He informed me of the options that are available to me and gave me clear information about each dental issue that I have. No disrespect to anyone else, but, this new dentist was a breath of fresh air. I came in with a specific problem and left after that problem had been dealt with., e.g. I did not go to buy apples, and leave with pears 🤷🏾♀️. Thank you to Duma, the lovely receptionist who is always polite and friendly, my dental treatment journey, with Jason Francis has been an enlightening experience. Thank you both.
